Please make note of our Christmas opening hours
The office will be closed from lunchtime on Christmas Eve.
We will have an engineer on call throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
Customers with SLA products should call the normal SLA
number and this will be escalated to the on-call engineer.
Customers with non-SLA products can
call the regular customer care number (0845 1261 555). A ticket
will be raised but this will not be dealt with until Monday 4th January.
We will be open on Monday January 4th as usual.
